Feedback are the life line for Ebay sellers. Ebay has made it even more important to keep buyers as satified as possible.Buyers on ebay can't be given negative feedbacks due to change in ebays Feedback policy.
Sometimes there is nothing you can do.I got a negative due to Shipper damaging a product.
Here are a few of my helpful hints :
1) Keep all lines of comunications open with buyers. Email them after end of sale,after being payed ,Send buyer tracking # if possible, send thanks note.
2)Wrap all products securely and leaving Thank You not it possible.
3) Answer any questions they might have. Keep all email short and to the point. Don't get personable.
4) Check and Double check discriptions in auctions. Mistakes can be made .Keep them to a minamum.
